- If 0.0 < Tq1 < 0.5*Mult*TimeStep then Tq1 = 0, ElseIf 0.5*Mult*TimeStep < Tq1 < Mult*TimeStep then Tq1 = Mult*TimeStep
- If 0.0 < Tq2 < 0.5*Mult*TimeStep then Tq2 = 0, ElseIf 0.5*Mult*TimeStep < Tq2 < Mult*TimeStep then Tq2 = Mult*TimeStep
